• What is File2Box?
  
  File2Box is a file hosting provider. We offer online storage/remote backup capacity, sophisticated uploading and downloading tools.
  With File2Box you can host files, images, videos, audio and flash on the same place.
  
  
• Why should I use File2Box?
  
  Whenever you need to send a file that is too large for e-mail, File2Box can help. If you need secure remote storage capacity for off-site backups, File2Box offers solutions for you. If you want to access personal data from a variety of computers and don't want to carry around a USB stick, File2Box is a perfect way of doing so.
  
  
• Can I search for files other people uploaded?
  
  No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way File2Box can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.
  
  
• What kind of files can be uploaded?
  
  All kinds: from your party photos to an important document. The only restrictions are for pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive material, and, of course, copyrighted material.

• How to delete a file I uploaded?
  
  To delete a file you uploaded you must use Delete Link that was provided to you after the upload proccess.
  If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site.
  
  
• Can I hotlink the stuff I upload?
  
  No. Hotlinking is not allowed on any kind of files uploaded to our servers.

  We treat every abuse very seriously. If you wish to report a copyright infringement, please give us sound arguments. Sound arguments MUST carry the following information (otherwise these will be ignored).
  We kindly ask you to treat this request because File2Box is working totally legally and with complete transparency .Every file of the system can be found on File2Box servers through any possible internet resources. This fact can be very useful for the copyright holder as any filetransmission can be tracked and we will be glad to help the copyrightholder to protect his rights. We are ready for long-term cooperation with anybody who can help us locate dishonest usage of File2Box services.
  
  Also please while addressing the abuse, include at least of some of the points listed below:
  1: Identify yourself as either:
  a: The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
  b: A person ?authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.?
  2: State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.
  3: Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if a large number of works are appearing at a single website, a representative list of the works.
  4: Identify the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you are requesting that File2Box disable access over the World Wide Web.
  5: Identify the location of the material on the World Wide Web by providing information reasonably sufficient to permit File2Box to locate the material.
  6: State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
  7: State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
  
  Please note: A proper notification MUST contain the information above, or it may be IGNORED.
  Exception! Abuse for files with violence, child-pornography, cruelty, national and religious dissension taking without this Terms and deleting immediatly!
